Why can't I add images to my most recent items added to inventory

I am having trouble for the first time adding images to my newest items put into inventory.  Any thoughts?

I'm having the same issue.  Add a new item, then choose Edit on the Add Image block, browse to select image and click done on the same block.  Then click Save and a red bar comes up that say's "We’re sorry, but something went wrong.".  I can add the same image to other items but I cannot add any image this one item.

Have you tried clearing the cache on your web browser and then re-uploading the photo? Or deleting the item, recreating it and then uploading the photo? 

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

I was able to upload and save the image for this item using a different computer.  I did not try clearing the cache on the original computer but will try that just to see what happens.  The two computers are physically located in separate building miles apart.

I see @jdbgreenville. It sounds like the root of this issue might be the web browser since you were able to upload the image on a different computer.

Not sure what the root cause was but it is fixed now so that's all that matters and how to fix it in the future should the problem arise again.  Thank you for your help and suggestions.  Have a great day.
