Why are my items listed as not available on the online store?

I have put in inventory for all of these products.

Did you go to the Square Online portion of the site and turn the items to "visible"?

 

If you added items through the basic Square Dashboard, you have to go to the Online Dashboard to add additional pictures, place items into Online Categories and mark as visible, hidden, or unavailable.  

 

You'll find the "Online" button in the left column of the Square Dashboard. Once there you can go to the Items Library and mark items as visible.

Has anyone found a resolve to this issue? I am also having it.  I have 3 items all marked "Available Later" in my online store.  I have checked and rechecked every setting and nothing changes it.

Are these items a part of a time based category at all? Which fulfillment methods are active on your Square Online store? Looking forward to hearing back from you 🙂

I have pick up for my fulfillment.

They are time based, but so are the rest of the items. It's just 3 of them that show up as available later. The rest of the items that also have the 3 weeks are all able to be purchased.

I have it set for 3 weeks right now so that pick up is specifically on Dec 23rd or 24th. (It's holiday cookies, etc). Next week I'll change it to 2 weeks.

 

Unless there's a better way to set that

Hey there @sarahburns 👋

 

If you are using time based items or categories itmeans that those products or items will be displayed in your Square Online site but will not be available for purchases until the indicated time.

 

At this time Square Online doesn't have a Pre Order option however you may be able to setup items as Event or Digital and include the release or availability date in the name and or the description. I hope this information is helpful!

I'm having a similar issue. I enter everything for each new item, mark visible and then hit save. My item will show available. Once I add the next item I look in the column of product and suddenly the item I had just posted previously is now marked unavailable! It's like it bounces back every single time I list something! I have to always mark it available at least twice, sometimes several more times. A few times I have looked the next day and several items are once again marked unavailable.

I wanted to give a reply just in case someone else runs into this and "visibility" wasn't the problem. for me, I needed to set up my Shipping preferences before my items would show as available. Hope this helps someone!

I keep having the issue where items I have uploaded onto squareup and online doing the process but then days or weeks or months later some of those items goto unavailable without me doing anything. Is there something going on with Square? Updates causing these changes to be made with out the enduser knowing? Its quite annoying. Example, a Beanie I put online several months ago, plenty of stock recieved, available for purchase, doubled checked and now today I go online to view website and items, and of course that beanie is not available. But, no one here has made one adjustment to that item on the backend. So now for several months I missed out on sales of this item.

HELP please. I have items with stock but show not available online? It is marked visible and available online from the site but when go to the online portion it shows the stock is there but unavailable online. Any suggestions?
