I own a yoga studio and people reserve their spot online and pay right then. However there is an option to "pay later". I would like to remove this so they must pay when they sign up, therefore I am not giving free classes without knowing.

Hi @amybichajian!
It sounds like you need to switch your settings to Require Prepayment. From your online Appointments Dashboard:
- Navigate to Settings > Click Payments & Cancellations.
- Select Require Prepayment.
- Click Save.
When you've updated your settings your clients will see they have to enter their card information to book their appointment.
