What iPad should I get for my stand?

My I Pad is coming apart so I want to replace it. Understanding what I Pads work with Square is challenging to understand on this site. I ordered a Air 2 refurbished and it's too small for my stand. Do I need to return it and get a bigger size? What size do I look for when ordering a refurbished I Pad?

Also, I want to begin using Apple Pay ... Do I need a new stand with Apple Pay?

Perhaps a new stand would accommodate the (smaller) I Pad that I just purchased and also I'd be able to use Apple Pay.

Please advise.

The Square Stand is compatible with the iPad (2019), iPad Air (2019), and iPad Pro 10.5". It is not compatible with the most recent iPad. To ensure you get the right iPad to go with your Square Stand, we suggest looking at our Compatibility page.

If you'd like to accept Apple Pay, you will need our Contactless + Chip Reader to go with your stand. You can purchase them together, here, or separately here.

I ordered a new stand & iPad for one of my locations. The email states that the order (US-937167187) has been processed and I'm waiting for delivery.

I made another order for a stand for my 2nd location. I wanted to add a iPad to that order but I never received a email.

How should I proceed?

Hey @andrewmyhre - Unfortunately there's no way to order an iPad alone from the Square Shop unless it's bundled with the Square Stand at the time of purchase. 

Strange that you didn't receive an email for your second order though, which makes me think your order wasn't placed properly. 

Is the charge for the second order reflected on your bank statement?

I had the same problem, simply trying to find on Square Dashboard what Ipad i need to purchase. 

A simple chart would be so easy to post, and what memory do we need?

Hey @BUG,

If you go to the Square Shop page and select the Stand- it'll show a list of compatible iPads on there you can buy for the Stand depending on which one you select.

Right but I have the old stand... I bought Ipad 7th generation it does not fit old stand and its not listed in the new...
