Since Monday, our receipts have stopped showing the VAT breakdown for each tax rate at the bottom - it used to show the split at the bottom of the receipts like below, as well as show the tax code next to each line item on the receipt:
Tax rate Net Tax Total
A (20%). $x $x. $x
B (5%). $x $x. $x
C (5%). $x $x. $x
Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to restore the receipts so the layout includes the tax rate breakdown again?

Hi @Catherine2, sorry to hear you're running into this! That's quite strange - there are a couple of things we can try to see if this would help:
- Make sure the Point of Sale app is up to date
- Make sure the operating software on your device is up to date.
- Delete and setup your Printer Station again
One other thing I'd like to check - do the tax breakdowns should up on digital receipts? You should be able to check this by clicking into a particular transaction from within the Transactions tab on your Square Dashboard. Each transaction should have a blue Receipt link.
