Using two coupons

I want to make a coupon that gives 10% off plus free shipping. 

Apparently Square can't handle that. 

So I made two separate coupons. 

But apparently Square can't handle that, either. 

Am I missing it? How do I run a basic promo/coupon for %+free shipping?

HI, the 10% goes under Coupon, the Free Shipping is under Shipping Profiles.

I need the free shipping to apply only to people using the 10% discount coupon.
