You can use it with your login email and password.
Better way would be to use device codes so you don't share your login and password.

Hey Thank you for the response.....I have second Ipad at home and did as you suggested with login and then contacted my store to do a test transaction and I could not see them doing the transaction...Am I do ing something wrong?

A second iPad will not show what you are doing on the first iPad, it will be its own point of sale. there is an app from square that is in beta called Customer Display that will show you what is in your transaction but it can not be used for signatures yet.

Thanks alot for the info....I downloaded the "Beta version" and am going to give it a shot....I am assumng I have to be actually in front of or close by main ipad in order for this to work?

yes, it has to be on the same wifi network.
I had to call in to enable it.
