Timed Menus

I have LUNCH and DINNER menus. How do I deactivate LUNCH during DINNER and DINNER during LUNCH? I only want the servers to see the menu that they are serving rather than be able to choose from either.

We do not have a way to full inactivate your menus in that time period at this time. That is a Feature Request that we would be happy to pass the team.

 

As a work around, it would be best to create a Lunch Category with your specific Lunch items, and a Dinner Category.  This will allow them to select out of those categories specifically without mixing up each.

I have two separate menus that I run throughout the day. So far, I have just notified customers through my website when my breakfast menu ends and they've been very compliant with what I've set up. But is there a way to set a time limit for my items via online ordering? If my breakfast menu runs from 6 am - 10 am, I would like for it to show up on the checkout screen (for the customer) that the specific item they're trying to order isn't available if they're trying to order it at 11:30. I also close my kitchen an hour earlier than when my restaurant closes and preventing customers from ordering food that last hour would be extremely helpful. Thank you in advance!!
