hello,
I have set up my online website to my facebook however it is only feeding through 5 out of 12 products. they are all active and showing visible so why are they not syncing to my facebook?
please help

Sorry to hear you are running into this.
Do you have multiple locations on your Square account or just the one? (I'm thinking maybe different items being assigned to different locations may cause an error, so it would be good to rule that out).
From there, have you followed the Square Online / Facebook integration directions outlined here? If so, you'll want to refer to Facebook's page for troubleshooting steps, as they manage the Facebook Pixel.

Unfortunately the Facebook integration does not work reliably and Square constantly blame Facebook, However they do know that there is an issue with there link that can lead to it failing completely!
Make sure all items are active and marked as available online with stock showing.
Other than that do not waist time with Facebook they cannot change the information that is sent by Square and do not change the pixel id etc as this will then lead to micro data tag errors. (These are again controlled by Square)
Square may also tell you to delete the pixel and to create another using the initial setup from square. This does not appear to work reliably as it does not always remove all the initial pixel info. Although some users have had success at this. It didn't work for me and I have even been asked to supply square with a video of the process which was when they finally admitted they were aware of a problem!
FYI my link to Facebook failed initially I then spent 3 months and 10's of hours getting it to work. It then stopped uploading anything after 9 months in September last year and still does not work despite nearly a hundred messages with Facebook and dozens with Square / Weebly that now go unanswered.
