Square facebook

My square online shop (weebly) syncs with facebook, however it does not take into account sale prices and shows RRP, which does not work or me. Item changes in facebook shops get overridden so connecting to facebook proves a complete waste of time. Given my large catalogue, manual entries are not an option and changing it in facebook shops will simply be overridden. I find number of fields in Square VERY limited and it makes for a lot of manual work online as every item has to be changed manually. The syc between Weebly and Square poses an equally big heache.

1. Square and weebly does not have the same data e.g. price and sale price

2. Square catalogue export ONLY have a single price option

3. Syncing with Facebook overrides e.g. a sale price manually entered in Facebook shops

4. I cannot export a Weebly online shop catalogue and use it in Facebook

Am I overlooking something or are these just the limitations of the platform and I should move my business?

Our catalog is synced with Facebook but we don't get many orders through FB. I agree that some of these features are limited but if you can be patient, Square will likely release the features you want. That has been my experience in the past. 😊

Thank you for that. In my case showing a RRP price and not the actual street (selling price) may put people off not to go further. I have seen no sales to date and put it in part down to this. For me it makes no sense not to sync both across ALL platform. I'll probably have to pull the plug on Square as I am basically managing Square items, Weebly as well as FB and the next nightmare will be the google aspect. So much for seemless integration. All that being said, I do like Square but think their online shop leaves much to be desired.
