Square Payroll & Tips

I need help with tips & square payroll.

I've implemented Square Payroll & we're using timecards, as well as Team Plus Management in order to track employees sales. I've also enabled tip importing, and chosen the option that pays out tips per sale. After turning on these features, I expected staff to have to log their sales by entering their 4 digit PIN when making a sale, but that is not the case on the POS. Could you please let me know how to ensure our credit card tips are getting tracked per employee? We have multiple employees across multiple locations on the clock at once. I read when running payroll there should be an option that says "Import Timecards + Tips", but I only have a button that says "Import Timecards". Please assist!

Hey there @KnoxDough! One thing to make sure of is that you have the Tip Importing option enabled, and then select either Paycheck or Cash. Then when you import, the tips will automatically appear in the "Tips" column.
