After getting the new Square POS update earlier this month on my Android device, we have had a number of issues. We use the app for online orders at the restaurant. First is that the popup notification and sound for a new online order does not show up any more. Also you cannot change new orders to in process without closing the app and restarting it again. You can however change the orders from in progress to read and picked up. These have caused orders to not be seen and to have some orders doubled up. Is anyone else having these issues? Is there anything that I can do?
