Specifically tailored account sheet templates for different sporting venues (9)

Hi all, 
I run a futsal business and we have 9 different venues. We use square for payments and currently are writing on individual sheets the nights takings/notes with information:

Location, date, round of play, team names, team payments taken, funds owing, totals.

We are going to transition to tablet usage so I was wondering if there was a way of making these sheets no longer used and somehow have a cloud type account sheet that could then be uploaded to a communication software we use. Because there are notes that affect each evening it's not a matter of just having payment only information because there can be no payments on a certain game (forfeit) and a team will owe money at another time. 

Ideally the format would have:
Date, location, type of league
Team names with column for match fee, registration fee, last game bond and money owing. 

Then at end of evening this sheet could be uploaded for management to see. 


Is this possible through slack to create a bespoke accounts sheet?

I'm not 100% sure what it is you're looking for here, but want to try giving you a hand here!

 

It sounds like something like Google Sheets could work for what you're looking to do.

Am I on track here at all, or am I possibly misunderstanding your question?

 

To be honest, I'm not familiar with what you mean when you ask:

Is this possible through slack to create a bespoke accounts sheet? 

 

Are you referring to the software Slack? If so, what is a bespoke accounts sheet?

Hi Valentina, thanks for your response and apologies for your confusion. 

I was wondering if it was possible to use the square interface but tailor it to my specific sporting business needs? I was hoping to have an accounts sheet that shows our transactions but also has other information (money owing from previous weeks, registration paid previously but ticked off on sheet).

Ideally our account sheet/landing page/report would have information:

Date, time location match fees received with the ability to have:
x The list of the game times played and which team paid what amounts (not just a list of all transactions only as currently exists)
x Registration paid previously - ticked off (so we have historical record of old transactions and keep up to date.)
x Last game bond paid previously - ticked off (so previously paid teams don't lose their transaction history)
x Then any notes related to the transactions taken (one team didn't have card so that's why they didn't pay.)

It would be a summary of an evenings events that could be uploaded to our communications channels and we could see everything transacted and explained. 

Hopefully that makes more sense!

Ahhh, okay I think I understand now @futsal_pete.

 

I thought you were asking for suggestions of software you could use in conjunction with Square to run your business.

 

However, it sounds like you may be asking if it's possible to edit the available reports in order to have them capture completely different and customized information through your Square Dashboard.

 

Am I understanding?
