Removing gift cards on file once customer has a zero balance
Hello,
We do eGift cards on sale every year and over the years, we have clients who have linked these gift cards to be on file. So many customers now have multiple gift cards on file, even if they have a zero balance. Is there (a) any way to remove these gift cards on file once they get to zero balance and (b) if not, can we easily check the balances ourselves on all these gift cards (without the owner giving us the 16 digit number which is long gone if they have linked it) so we can delete them ourselves to make future payments easier / we know which "active" gift card to run?

At this time removing cards on file is a manual task. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
