Receipt printer and till

I would llike to have recommenadtions for Customer Optional Receipt printer but cash draw to open

Hey @Gossip14, thank you for your post, and wishing you a warm welcome aboard the Seller Community! 

We have plenty of options for printers available on our Online Shop that you can choose from. However, if you do not want to print receipts for every transaction, you can set your account up to Skip the Receipt Screen to Speed Up Checkout. To do so:

1. From the Square app, visit More > Settings > Checkout > Signature and Receipt.
2. Toggle on Skip receipt screen.

And yes, if you purchase a cash drawer, it should still open even if you don't print a receipt with the transaction.

Till drawer does not open automatically for a cash sale

I had a similar issue, the printer itself may need to be configured to open the drawer. I can’t remember what software I used to do this.
