So I am having a little trouble printing labels straight from the desktop dashboard. I can only print labels if I download them to a pdf. Just a lot more steps involved doing it that way. Any suggestions? thanks

I wish I had an answer but I have to do the same. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not quite sure I understand the issue you are having. What kind of labels are you trying to print? Is it shipping labels in Square Online?
And if so, are you receiving any error messages when trying to print?

Hi Frances......I am trying to print labels for merchandis from the dashboard . I got to items.....actions...print labels.....select my item......got to the below screen.....hit print labels now it kinda blinks and then nothing. So I have to download it to a pdf. When you are trying to print 100's of labels and have to download pdf's its just a little more time consuming. I have a dymo labelwriter for what its worth and also square for retail. thanks

I totally get it.
Have you tried using a different browser/device to print labels?
It sounds to me like the button is not working and sometimes that can be cause by cache issues. If using a different browser helps, that confirms it's a cache issue. In that case, you'll need to clear the cache of the browser you are currently using for it to work as well.
