Can I use my Samsung tablet with squares pos system receipt printer and cash drawer?

Yes ...I have used 3 wifi enabled samsung galaxy tab A and it works well enough to get started... if you google search long enough there is a list of compatible android devices around here somewhere.

You can check out Device Compatibility for a list of devices that you can run Point of Sale on and Hardware Compatibility by Device for information on which hardware (receipt printers, cash drawers, etc.) is compatible.
