Order reports (process and tax detail)

I have two questions/concerns regarding order reports.

The first regards the process of exporting them. We have two people working on the site - one does the day-to-day work and fulfillment (which is the email set for the account), and the other does the bookkeeping. When the bookkeeper needs to pull an order report from our online orders, the only way we've found to do that is to request an Export of the order report from Online, have it email the link to the fulfiller, have the fulfiller forward the link to the bookkeeper, who can then download the file and take it from there. This seems like a very convoluted process - am I missing a way to simply download the exported report from the site (or something else)?

The second has to do with sales tax reporting for our home state of Ohio. Ohio requires vendors to report taxes at the county level. Square's tax report gives a total for the state (which is more or less useless), and the exported Orders report gives zip codes and municipalities for individual orders, but not counties. I have to take each individual zip code to another resource to find out which of the 88 counties it falls in so I can report it correctly. Is it possible to include the county data in the reports (or is it in there already and I'm missing it)?

Thanks!

Hey @xcharwood

To export an orders report, Adam's got you covered on this thread. As for tax reports, unfortunately they cannot be broken down by county.

@JustinC Yes, I'm aware of that report. The problem is that I'm the person who usually needs that report, and it emails the link to a different person (who is the one who manages the orders, so they're the email of record). The link is emailed to them, I have to contact them to get that link, and then have access to download the report. Why can't I just download it from the site directly without going through email at all?

That report is emailed to the main address associated with your Square account. As the owner, you have access to the email on file correct?

@JustinC Yes, but not conveniently. My wife and I both work on the business. Her email address is the main address associated with the Square account, so the email goes to her. I am the one typically requesting the reports, so I have to go to her email account (rather than my own) in order to access this report. I still don't understand why the report needs to be emailed, and can't simply be downloaded.
