I would like to hide or remove the 'Get shipping rates' button from my Online Checkout pages. Is this possible?
None of my products have any shipping costs (some are entirely digital), and it has confused customers that the checkout page highlights the Shipping Address as incomplete unless they have clicked 'Get shipping rates'.
Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks for sending that on @Envarch! From viewing the link, it looks like you've set this up as a Sell item link. In this case, you should be able to remove this section by going to Square Dashboard > Online > Settings > Checkout.
Here, scroll down to Checkout experience > Edit customer inputs. Uncheck the option to collect recipient address for Non-physical items, as well as make sure this type of items is not checked under Always collect buyer address for.
Once the change has been saved, go to Items > Site Items on your Square Online overview. Search for the items you've created. If you don't see them, click the button to Add from item library. You can add multiple items at once.
After you've added the items, click into individual item to change their item type from Physical to Digital. This will ensure that the shipping method and shipping rates will not appear on the checkout page.
I hope this will help!

Welcome to the Seller Community @Envarch!
I can definitely help look into this further. Before I do so, can you share a link to your Online Checkout page or even a screenshot of the section you're looking to remove? That can help us investigate this further on our end.

Thanks very much @tranguyen - but unfortunately I cannot get to this link.
When I follow Dashboard > Online > Settings, I get this page, which doesn't have the Checkout Experience section:
I also don't have a Site Items section on the Items page. Is this because I don't have a full-blown online shop, just a set of online checkouts?

It sounds like you don't have the Square Online account setup just yet. To manage settings for the checkout links for selling items, classes and events, you'll need to complete the onboarding prompted when clicking Square Dashboard > Online.
Once you've went through the onboarding flow, you'll see the settings in my first reply and be able to adjust it to suite your needs @Envarch.
