Online Sales reports

Can Square for Retail generate a report for Online Store sales only?

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a report just on how many sales were made in the Online Store vs. the Physical Store? That would be helpful for us. Thanks

Hey @SamakayaYoga, @MarianBLUE, and @toolbox - Sorry that this never received a response.

Unfortunately, all sales are included in one report between physical location and Online Store sales. The only way that I can see them being separated is if you set up your Online Store as its own location separate from your physical store location upon its creation. If you happened to do so, you could filter your reports based on location.

You can find your total 2019 income from your Sales Summary report on your Online Dashboard. This report will show you total gross and net sales, as well as your charged fees for the year.

 I'm looking for a report to view my online sales as well. I have a physical store location that can receive online sales - am I able to view online sales only that go through the website?

I see in the Square Dashboard > Reports > Sales Summary there are 2 options that could possibly give me the report I'm looking for. However what's the difference between "Online Store" and "Square Online"?

Online Store is our legacy Ecom platform before the Weebly acquisition.

Square Online is the newer site. Orders processed on this platform will appear under the Square Online filter.

Yup! You got it.

Super confusing, I know. Sorry about that. The Online Store filter is there for Sellers in case they want to pull up historical reports dated before the acquisition.
