New and waiting for card reader. Manually entered numbers on phone and card denied??
Waiting for card reader, in meantime want to enter cards manually with my phone. Ran a trial with my bank card, successful! Then tried with a client's card and xard denied. Client says funds are there? It's an HSA card, with visa logo.
A couple of things here. One NEVER ring your own card through the Square. This is against the service terms agreement. Second, your account has to be coded properly in order to take HSA cards. Contact Square support to make sure your account is set up to take these.
