Hello @DanielsFarm thanks for your post. Have you ever used the Deposit feature? If you accepted a deposit towards an invoice you can still edit the total invoice amount, and you can edit the items in that invoice. But if an invoice has been paid in full you can't edit it. Do you think starting off with sending a "deposit" amount will work for your business? You could always close the invoice after taking a deposit if you treat the deposit amount as a full payment; in other words if your invoice total is expected to be $150, request just a deposit of the $150 rather than just sending an invoice. Then if you don't need to make an edit, close the invoice and accept the $150 as full payment. Or if you need to adjust the invoice later you can. See this post for more info.
