My customers aren't able to book multiple services

My customers were previously only booking one service (a dog wash), but now I'm starting to get requests for owners to book multiple washes, adding a full-service groom, or adding on a nail trim. It seems that even though I can add multiple services when I book it for them, my customers are only able to add one service before having to check out.

 

Can anyone help me figure out how I can set up my web-based appointments system so that clients can add multiple grooming services?

Hi @Goosey, thanks for your post. 🙂 

 

It sounds like from within your Appointments section in Square Dashboard you may not have the setting enabled to allow clients to book appointments online with multiple services. 

 

Square Dashboard > Appointments > Online Booking > Settings > Allow multiple services to be booked online.

Once enabled, clients will be able to select more than one service from your booking site.
