I’m trying to link the “book now” to both my brow insta and my business insta and it keeps saying I don’t have access. I checked everything on square and not sure why it says I don’t have access. Help !

Thank you for posting!
Have you checked with Instagram's end, to see if they are seeing any issues? If there are, it's not something we would be able to see on our end.
Another spot to check would be the email address you're using to sign in. Make sure you're under your owner email address instead of an employee email address.
