Hello there. I'm new to Square POS, but love it.
I have a question about the "Morning Drawer Reports." Why is it that some mornings I receive the report after someone opens the drawer and sometimes I do not?

@Sam1133, welcome to Square and sorry for the delayed reply!
I agree that it seems strange that you wouldn't receive the email report every time. The only thing I can think of is maybe the drawer session wasn't properly closed out in the evening. You'll need to close it out and then start a new drawer session to trigger a new report.

Hello again,
I am no longer receiving ANY MORNING reports. Just evening reports. Is this now normal?

Hmm, that's pretty strange that your email notifications would change, @Sam1133. There aren't any updates I'm aware of that would cause this on our side. If you haven't already, give us a call and a Support team member can take a look at what emails are being sent to your address.
