More ways to search for egift cards?

A customer thinks they received an egift card sometime in the last two years, but can't find the email with the egift card number.  We know the person's name who sent the egift card, but we don't know the credit card used, date of purchase, or any transaction details.  Is there a way to search by recipient name or email address?

Hey @MalkaPDX - I think I might have a solution for you!

When you login to Square on your computer, go to "Transactions" on the left hand side. Then you can narrow down by "Source" at the top (change it to eGift Card). By clicking on each one that comes up, you'll be able to see the name of the person who purchased it. So if they know it's a $20 egift card that Joe Smith sent to them, hopefully you can find that one!  

This may not be the *best* solution, but it's what I would do 🙂
