Managing Appointments at Multiple Locations on mobile app

Hooray!  We are now able to manage multiple locations on Square Appointments!  Here's my question.  How do we see all of the locations on our mobile apps?  I created a test appointment for myself at my new location, and I can see it when I open the calendar on my computer, but I can't find it in the app on my phone.  Is there a way to toggle between locations?

@fteegardin - Welcome to the Seller Community, and kudos on your first post! 👏  As for your question, while we plan to make this easier in the future, for now, you'll need to sign out, and then back in. Following sign in, you'll be able to select the location you'd like to view. Hope this helps!

Hi Sean! I'm having the same problem as the original commenter. I logged out and back in again on my mobile device, and I see both the original and new locations after I sign in. However, I can't find an option to switch back and forth easily between locations after I click on one. Do I have to sign out and back in again every time I find myself in the opposite location and want to use the pertinent location on the POS app?

Hi @DieInnenstadt! At this point, you would need to sign in/out to switch. Having said that, I do know that this is an experience that our Appointments Team wants to improve in the future. Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback! It's very valuable!

I'm having a similar issue. When I log into the iPhone App it only shows 2 locations to switch back and forth to/from. I have 3 locations active online (6 locations total). How can my app locations match the 3 active locations I set up online? (In other words, show my 3 active location options to choose from when I sign out/in instead of just 2.)

Hey @LReinebach, thanks for flagging this. That does sound strange that you have three active locations, yet only two are available within the app.🤔

 

If you haven't already, can you give these app troubleshooting tips a run-through? If you're still having any trouble after that, please let our Support Team know which location isn't surfacing (or if it's intermittent). They'll be able to take a closer look behind the scenes.

I too would like a toggle switch to switch among locations or have the option to see both locations on the same calendar.  Having to sign out and In is very cumbersome and not timely.

Can we please bump this subject matter and push an update to the selling community? I am reliant on the mobile platform and signing in and out is extremely tedious.
