I have loyalty points to expire after 3 months. Is there a way to automatically message customers and let them know when they have points expiring?

Hello @BSLprints and thanks for your question. Did you know you can change the expiration date on the Loyalty earnings? Go to your Dashboard, Loyalty, Settings, and you can change the length of expiration (including never). If you want to keep the expiration dates the same, you could contact your loyalty reward members through Square Marketing. I think there is an option for sending out emails to all members, or certain subsets of your Loyalty Members.
I also think you may be able to message members directly if you go to you customer area in your Dashboard. If this is an option you will see a blue Message button. You will need to go into each customer individually. Here you could send a notification about upcoming expiring points. Hope these might help you! Happy selling with Square! ❤️ 🔲

Hey @BSLprints
Luckily this is already a feature that happens automatically!
14 days before their points expire, customers receive a text message letting them know.
They can also see soon to expire points on their loyalty status page.
