Looking to use Square as a way to track product pickup at physical location?

Hello--

 

I currently own a CS cart multivendor store.  Most of my customers are local and we would like to offer a local pickup option for our products.  Is there way to use Square as a way to track who has picked up their orders?  I also need it to send a confirmation email to me, to the customer and the vendor that their item was picked up.  Currently, the invoices on my site include barcodes on them that could be scanned when the customer comes with their order slip to pick up their order.

Hello @AmandaHobbs! The Square Online Store does have a pickup feature but I'm not sure it'll suit your business. With that feature you and your customer will receive an email when the order is placed/confirmed by you.

 

However, an email isn't sent when the customer picks up the item, nor is there a way to send a confirmation email to a third party. I can see how useful that would be though, if this is available in future we'll announcei t!
