Is there a way to send my clients all of the future appointments at once?

I have clients that prebook throughout the entire year. For the ones that for some how do not have the appointments in their calendar or have the text message thread, is there any way to click and send all of their appointments again? Or do I have to manually send each appointment to them via personal communication?

Hey @whitmorrow, thanks for bringing this up.

 

At this time, Square Appointments does not offer a way to send a reminder with all upcoming bookings to a client. For now, I would suggest setting both an automatic email and text message reminder with at least one day's notice. You can do this from your Settings tab, then selecting Communications.

 

While I understand that isn't exactly what you're looking for, hopefully it will prevent any no-shows in the future. Hope this helps clear things up, and please don't hesitate to reply with any other questions about this!

I have done this by going into their client file and just screenshoting and sending them the list of upcoming for them to add into their calendar.

I have done this before, just hoped there was a better approach. Is there going to be any way my clients can log on and manage/overview their appointments?

Hey @whitmorrow, I don't think we have a client dashboard in the works. But it's not a bad suggestion, I will make sure to pass it along to the Appointments Team.
