Is there a way to duplicate items if the only difference will be sku and picture so that the items show up on my website properly

You can do this by exporting your item list.  Then copy the item in the spreadsheet, make your changes to the sku and upload it.  You will then be able to add your image to it.

Often it is much easier to copy and then change an item instead o creating it from scratch. Is this implemented?
