We take orders In-Store at our retail POS. Is there a way to export those orders? Everything I am finding is for Online orders.

When you say export the orders, are you trying to export the transactions to a spreadsheet or send orders to a KDS (kitchen display system) to work the orders from?

I’m a boutique not a restaurant so exporting and excel or csv sheet that we can import into our project management system would be amazing!

From the Dashboard, transactions page, you can export "complete" orders.
Complete means the transaction has been closed on the POS.
On the top right of the filter/menu buttons you should see Export.
It gives you 3 options. You will want to try each to see which provides the best information for your needs.
Unfortunately, there's no way to automate this. You have to do it manually.
And it will not include any open tickets or incomplete sales.
You can choose a timeframe to export if you need to do it throughout the day.
There's another option of setting up your POS to enter Orders as though they were from online and they will show up in the orders section of the POS and Dashboard.
Here's a link to a discussion about this.
I spoke up too soon admittedly and was told this is in fact an option.
Thankful someone corrected me. They did mention the following:
Two caveats: you need to have dining options turned off if you're using them, and you'll need to have the customer name, address, email, and phone number to enter the order--quite like if they were placing the order themselves online.
Actually, I'll go ahead and paste a screenshot of the full response from this person here:
