Is it possible for point of sale to display ONLY items in stock?

We have incredibly varied stock in our vintage store. It's overwhelming to search everything when sold items still display and yet will never again be sold. Any ideas!?!? Thanks!

What type of set up do you have (iPad with Square Stand, Square Register, Terminal)? Also, do you sell all your items in person, or do you also have an online store?

We have an ipad with linked chip terminal and a register. We do 99% of our sales in person. The issue is that we have tons of unique inventory and when "out of stock" items show up, it's overwhelming. I'd love to just be able to "hide" them from view in the app but not remove them so we can still use them for good sales/analytics data.

Understood. Currently, we do not have the ability to remove items from the Point of Sale System that are out of stock. We do offer a similar type of filter in our online store, but not yet for in person sales. 

Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.

Please add this feature! I’m forced to use a paper list, it’s so archaic. Too hectic at a sale to juggle screens. This is a no brainer if you work in real world retail sales

I also think this is an essential feature if you are doing real world sales. Why have the option to automatically hide out of stock items on the website but not have the same functionality for POS? When I am selling in a quick paced environment it is incredibly difficult to have to remember what is in stock and I resort to using a paper list which is so lame when I have this slick technology in front of me.

there should be two options added “display inventory quantity at POS” (just add a number on the button) “Hide items from POS when out of stock”
