In error I cancelled all but 3 of my customers items. I need them restored so I can ship them

In error I cancelled all but 3 of my customers items. How can I restore them back?

I would imagine if you haven't refunded them you could send an invoice (or run a $0.00 sale) by adding all of the items to a sale/invoice, and putting in a discount at 100%. You could name the discount canceled by mistake or something and then send an email receipt to your customer.
