I'm trying to set up real time shipping for my company

I set up real time shipping for my products, but when testing it from the perspective of my customers I noticed that real time shipping rates would only show up every once in a while, otherwise it would just show the fallback rate. After some testing I realized that in order for real time shipping rates to show up the customer would have to enter their phone number, email, name, and then select their address from the dropdown menu. If the customer did this in a different order or had their address pre-filled(and not selected from the dropdown) then real time shipping rates would not show up. This is a huge problem since the majority of customers have their address pre-filled for them on whatever platform they're using. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Hey, I was wondering how it worked out for you. Did you ever get your issue resolved? I'm attempting to set up my own manual shipping rates for my site and was thinking of going with their real time shipping but I don't want to invest in this expensive plan if shipping doesn't work properly.
