I have an online store and need help with using Square on the go

I have an online store and I'd like to add my inventory to my Square account so I can sell my merchandise on the go.  Is there a simple way to upload my inventory without having to add each item one by one and starting from scratch?? I can't seem to get a live person on the phone!

you can upload a spreadsheet and import it.

from that link, you can export your items into a spreadsheet, and update them and add more following the format and not changing the format.

then you can upload at the same page above.  this can save a lot of time.
