I have 2 readers and need the end of year statements combined

I have 2 card readers used in the field by sales.  The end of the year statement only reflects 1 reader.  How do I combine sales for accurate statements?

I'm not 100% sure what the issue is.  Are they each logged into a different location or different accounts?  you can have unlimited readers in the same account and they will all show in the sales reports.
