How to update and add a lot of items to my library, what do I do to get more tokens?

I need to update and add a lot of items to my library.  I exported it per customer service but when I add the new items, they don't have tokens assoiciated with them.  Where do the tokens come from?  How do I make it so they have tokens associated with them?  I would really like to just delete the entire current library and start over but customer service said that isn't possible.  They told me to just modify the exported sheet but it doesn't seem to like the new excel spreadsheet I'm trying to upload.

I just use the simple square card reader for my sales and that's it.

Hello @golfntob! You can definitely replace your entire Item Library. If you want to delete all of your items you can import a blank template and choose Replace Item Library. 

When it comes to importing new items you'll leave the token section blank. The Dashboard will automatically assign a token once you import the file.
