How to turn tracking off using bulk export method?

Hello, we are running a deli and would like to turn off current stock tracking for multiple items.  Because when the stock is at 0 or negative it shows out of stock on the square market for the items and customers cannot place an order for pickup.

I believe if you change the stock alert Y/N field to N it won't track that item.
