Hi,
My Etsy store has different prices for domestic and global due to incorporating postage costs. When I sync to my Square, it syncs the global prices rather than the domestic prices and I can't find where to change it. Please can anyone advise?

If you use Sell on Etsy app, do your listings also show as global pricing? Mine do, so I added that to the conversation I was having with them, and there was a lot of back and forth with no real answer. And then finally, after sending screenshots and detailing everything and having gone through a whole conversation, I suddenly got an email requesting I answered security questions and that they couldn't help me further until I do.
I'm honestly at a loss.
BUT
If it helps you, I have used a relatively successful workaround (provided you don't mind your accounts being a bit messy). On the Square Dashboard, if you go to Discounts, you can add an automatic discounts that will apply to your inventory sales through Square. E.g. if your product costs £45 and your global pricing is £60, you can set a £15 discount to apply automatically when you sell in person/via Square.
