How to setup up direct deposit for nonresident "contractor" (e.g. homeowner) with a US bank account?
We are a property management company and have some nonresident homeowners. They do have US bank accounts, which is where we would like to direct deposit their funds. Obviously, we will not and cannot use the 1099 forms, but that is less of a concern to me as I know what forms I do need to complete. I just want to be able to direct deposit their funds into their accounts, otherwise, we will have to mail a check to their bank or manually deposit their funds each month. Help please.

Hello @StaylorVaycay, to use Square Payroll your employees will need to have an SSN. For this situation you might have to use another payroll provider or mail checks.
