How to set up specific item

Hi All, 

I'm wondering if it's possible to do the following:

im a trainer, when my clients purchase sessions is it possible for that to increase the inventory specific to that client?  So far I figured out how I can track it by adding it to their inventory manually and checking them out (no charge) to track the number of sessions. 

Hopefully there is is a way and I'm just missing it.

There's no built-in way to increase inventory automatically through a purchase.
