Just switching to Square Up payroll and have run into an issue where I can’t pay my employees as their work address is outside of my primary tax jurisdiction (per the error message). We are in the same state but these employees work address is in a different zip code. Support is closed due to the holiday so no help there...
I can adjust their address to our home office but not sure how accurate that would be. Has anyone else run into this problem? Would appreciate any help or suggestions so I can run payroll today - the alternative is to pay on the old system today.
