How to limit a delivery slot for one customer only

Hi,

I wonder if there is any way of limiting allowance for a same delivery slot to only one customer. 

Delivery time is automatically generated by default as per my prep and delivery time setting. however what has seemed to happen is 2 or 3 customers pick up the same delivery slot which is impossible for us to fulfill at present. 

I would like to set one delivery slot for one customer so the next customer can not choose the same slot that is already taken out.

Hi @CamBap, thanks for writing in! You can enable order limiting in the Pickup & Delivery settings from your Online Dashboard. Order limiting allows you to limit the total number of online orders for pickup, or delivery within a 15 minute window.
