I finished a sales transaction yesterday and my reader said it was incomplete. How do I go back today? I have the customer information but I ran the chip card and it looked complete but it never registered as a sale.

Currently, there is not a way to backdate an unsuccessful transaction and complete it. Our system is very linear - meaning that a transaction has a specific timestamp that will always display when a transaction was actually completed, rather than when it's started.
If a transaction was unsuccessful, we recommend re-attempting the transaction altogether.
