How to find old online orders?
My online orders that are >3months old do not show on my 'Orders Dashboard', even though they are not fulfilled. How do I easily find them?
I accept online orders throughout the year, but ship my product (peony plants) in September & October only. On the 'Orders Dashboard' when I select 'All Orders' or 'Active', only more recent orders are shown; I don't see the orders that were placed in the springtime. When I select 'Completed' the historic fulfilled orders are shown, but as expected, not the unfilled orders.
As a workaround, I filter emails to find those orders, and then through the customer name I can find the order in Square to process and then mark them as shipped. So the orders are in the Square system, but not visible on the Dashboard.
Is there a setting to display all open orders on the dashboard? Or an easier method to list these open orders?

I see this is your first post, Welcome to The Seller Community! You can go into your Square Online Dashboard. Once you log in to Dashboard you would then go to Online > Orders https://bit.ly/3Tz6MeJ. From there you can see all the past orders. I am hoping this is helpful! Please let me know if you have further questions.
