When your customer is ready to use their eGift Card, they simply need to provide the 16-digit eGift Card number to process the payment. This can be found in the original email they received containing the eGift Card. If the customer is unable to locate this email, Square sellers can resend eGift cards and update recipient email addresses via their eGift Card Dashboard.
