How to extend domain

I’m having trouble extending my domain l, when I try to extend it, it says unavailable. I’ve payed for my active site and am unable to do anything with it because I have no domain. How do I extend my domain so I keep my current one? please and thank you.

HI, to understand, you selected the Paid Plan to have a domain name.  If your domain is with Square, they need to capture, host and assign to your site before it can be active.  Please note, this can take 7 to 14 business days and Monday is a holiday.  Your .square.site is currently active and able to edit within your Online Dashboard. 

To find the Online Dashboard, when you sign into your account, please see the large buttons on the left hand side and select Online (your button may be a different color than shown in screenshot).
