Hi,
The wifi network that the square terminal was on was an open network to allow customers to use the internet for covid track and trace and now that is no longer required I want to secure the network.
When I add a password to the wifi network the Square terminal doesn't appear to have a function to remove the old SSID or input a password. It just tries to keep the old settings and therefore has no internet connection.
Hope someone can help
Regards
JM

If you go back into the settings for wifi & click on to the network to join the you should get a message saying the password is wrong & the opportunity to put in the new password.
Give me a @ tag if that's not what's happening

Hi,
A system update appears to have sorted the problem. I now tap on the WiFi name and then get prompted to enter a password.
Thanks for you help
