How to add sales tax onto Item price?

How do I add the calculated sales tax percentage onto the set price? I've set the correct tax amount for my state, however, it looks like square is making my set price inclusive of tax. I wanted to add tax on top of the amount.

Hey @BrunchiesLV - There's a setting named Add Tax to Item Price which adds the tax as a separate line item to the price. Enabling this from the Items page should do the trick! 😉

I've been trying to do this and it isn't working. I've applied the tax to the retail items in Square and set up the tax in the new online store. It was originally including the tax in the price, which I don't want. I found and unchecked that option, and did what was suggested and applied the tax to the items in Square, but the online store still isn't charging taxes.

So sorry for the trouble and confusion here. The tax settings for the Online Store will be separate from tax settings in the Square Point of Sale app. Tax settings for the Online Store will need to be edited from the Online Store Dashboard.
